How to make it:
- start to boil water for the noodles
- pour a jar of pasta sauce in a pan, turn heat on low
- add 1 pound of frozen meatballs to the sauce, and stir every minute until the meatballs are hot
- then bake garlic bread using a can of crescent rolls sprinkled with parsley and garlic powder before baking them
- by now the water is boiling, so add the noodles
- stir until soft then drain
- by then your garlic bread is done, so take it out of the oven
- serve the meal with a bag of salad and ranch dressing (get your mom or brother to set the table for you)
- add a can of cherry filling to a baking dish
- mix 1/4 cup butter with 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour until crumbly
- sprinkle the topping over cherries and bake for 15 min. at 350 degrees F.
Notes from Mom:
We used our favorite brand of jarred Vodka sauce, pre-made meatballs, whole-wheat pasta noodles and low-fat crescent rolls (follow package directions for baking). To dress this meal up, you could make your sauce, meatballs, and/or bread from scratch, or even add some fresh veggies to your bag of salad.
