My big brother made a stromboli for dinner the other night. He used a pizza crust mix, rolled it out flat (following package directions to mix) and topped it like a pizza, but then he rolled it into a roll and put it seam down on a cookie sheet to bake it at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. We used beef and cheese as the filling, but you could use whatever you want. For dessert, he made an "Easy Chocolate Cheesecake" which my mom will tell you how to make:
Crust: crush 8 chocolate graham crackers and then mix them with 1/4 C. melted butter. Push the mixture into a pie pan, and bake at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes to firm. Meanwhile, beat 1 package cream cheese, 4 Tbs. cocoa, 1/4 C. softened butter, and 1 tub of whipped topping until smooth. Pour it into the cooled crust and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
